• Division of Statistical Analysis

Division of Statistical Analysis (DSC) facilitates and promotes quantitative research and collaboration among the KOSCA members and introduces recent methodological findings to the studies of the KOSCA members. The DSC plans to extend its scope to the recognition of outstanding scholars who dedicate themselves to the improvement of quantitative research among KOSCA members. With these missions in mind, the DSC intends to: (1) motivate KOSCA members to collaborate, (2) share quantitative analysis skills, (3) advise beginning scholars for their quantitative analysis, and (4) discuss newer developments in statistical methods in KOSCA newsletters.

저희 통계학술분과위원회는 여러 회원님들께서 방법론과 관련하여 궁금한 점이 있으시거나 도움이 필요할 시 해당 분야에 전문적인 지식을 가지신 분들과 연결시켜 협업 또는 조언을 받으실 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. 특히 최근에 많은 고급 연구기법이 등장하여 방법론에 대한 요구 수준이 높아짐에 따라 회원님들께서 쉽게 이러한 요구에 부응하실 수 있도록 인력풀을 계속 구축해나가고 있습니다. 이와 관련 질의 사항이 있으시거나 동참의사가 있으신 분은 저에게 언제든지 편히 연락주시면 감사하겠습니다. 박성민 교수 (University of Nevada at Las Vegas), seong.park@unlv.edu
